Who is responsible for your data
BVACC, the independent ServiceNow consultancy of Ben Van Aken, based in Belgium, is the controller of any personal data you share through this site. You can reach us at ben@bvacc.be.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional company name, and your message. We use it for one purpose, which is to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it.
How your message reaches us
When you submit the form, it is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, an email-delivery provider acting on our behalf. Your message is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it, after which it is deleted.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics and no tracking. The fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.
If you click "Book a call", the page loads a scheduling widget from Calendly so you can pick a time. Nothing from Calendly is loaded until you click, and at that point Calendly may set its own cookies and process your data as described in the Calendly privacy notice. You are free to email us instead and avoid this entirely.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email ben@bvacc.be and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données.
